GEORGIANA MAZILESCU wavered during her adolescence between Literature and Theater, ultimately choosing the latter. She graduated in 2001 from the Faculty of Theater at "Hyperion" University, under the guidance of professors Rodica Mandache and Eusebiu Ștefănescu. One of her favorite roles is Amalia in "The Murder of Gonzago". Other productions by the Constanța State Theater (TSC) in which she has performed include "Completely Naked", "Day Z", "Some... Fools", "The Most Beautiful Wife", "The Memory of Water", "The Rat King", "Eutopia", "Dionysos", "The Heart of Queen Marie", "The Metamorphoses of Love", "The Imaginary Invalid", and "The Chioggia Scuffles". Currently, Georgiana can be seen in the plays "Completely Naked", "The Memory of Water", and "Twelfth Night", directed by Andrei Șerban. One of her significant roles was Aia in "Ovidius in Love", a production by Alexander Hausvater inspired by Marin Mincu's novel "Death in Tomis: The Diary of Ovid". In 2019, she collaborated with the Astragali Theater in Lecce, Italy, appearing in the international production "Mater Medea". She is also involved in the European project GENIUS LOCI, where the Constanța State Theater is a partner.
